Personal Secretary brings authorized email, Calendar, spreadsheet and document information together into personal reports, tasks and reminders. It runs on its owner's Windows computer and is not open for public registration.
Reader and conversation
The existing Google reader reads Gmail, Calendar events, selected Sheets ranges and relevant Drive documents. A separate Yahoo reader supplies Inbox and Sent evidence. The authenticated ChatGPT connection retrieves saved reports and cited evidence and helps the owner discuss tasks and drafts.
Sending and exact approval
The original report sender delivers self-addressed reports. Personal Secretary Correspondence is a separate protected component that sends the exact Gmail or Yahoo message the owner approves, including selected recipients and attachments. It does not use Gmail sending credentials to read the mailbox. Separately authorized Calendar changes also require exact owner approval. Model access cannot approve an action.
Recovery and data handling
Records are stored locally. Owner-authorized AI interpretation sends selected source context through the local Hermes adapter to the configured ChatGPT connection. Manual encrypted recovery checkpoints can be copied to the owner's private Google Drive backup folder; the owner keeps the recovery key separately.
This public information site contains no private messages, reports, credentials or financial records. The privacy policy describes access, processing, retention and disconnection. Support is available through the owner contact shown on the Google authorization screen.
